SEEKONK, Mass. — Josh Parsons started from the pole in Friday’s 30-lap Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars feature and wasn’t going to let anyone take him off the top. Parsons led the entire distance to take the No. 09 back to Victory Lane for the first time in a while in the competitive class.
While Parsons won, Mason Tessier scored a sixth-place finish, capturing the championship in the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series. PJ Evans charged from the back in the race to finish second, while Nicholaus Bulkeley finished in third spot. Jacob Burns and Jake Silvia completed the top-five. The Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars will return to the track on Friday, August 13 for another 25-lap feature.
